Subscriptions to Formulations
may be purchased for $15 (four issues of a paper
magazine). A single sample of Formulations, the current issue, may
be purchased for $4 postpaid.
Membership in LNF may be purchased for $30 per year. Members receive: Formulations,
Annual Reports, invitations to attend meetings of the Board of Directors,
use of the LNF library, more inclusion in the process.
Paper copies of all previous publications may be purchased through U.S.
mail. Prices are listed with the documents in the table of contents of
LNF publications.
Add $1.00 for handling to all orders for previous publications.
